Private recording did not saved in My collection

Hi my username is skate5584 on CB and yesterday i have a private show with the model naomii_soto with her private recording enabled but as soon as we ended it didnt save in my collection.

I send my request at CB support yesterday and today they didnt even reply me. Need some help

This happens on occasion. Sometimes CB can recover the data. Sometimes they offer a refund. Sometimes they just apologize.

CB reports often takes 2-5 days for a response, sometimes longer. The longest I ever waited was over a month for a coding related issue. In my experience, they always respond.

Have patience.
