private exclusive video call ( cam 2 cam) not working

Anyone experiencing this where private exclusive video call (c2c) isn't working. The model I knight for has had this problem for a couple of weeks and has written support three times with the same result. That it a random problem that they are looking at. The only issue is her clients are telling her that they can c2c with other models in private exclusive no problem. I told her that i would pay and use my cam to see if it was working and she won't let me spend the money (studio model with strict rules). Anyway just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if anyone has any advice. She raised the exclusive price high so no one would do it and someone switched to exclusive and it wouldn't work she told them not to and they sent a request for their money back from Stripchat so she lost out on the client and money for the private before exclusive part. I have not heard of this issue from any of the models I am knight for nor any other members but it does not surprise me. Maybe @Stella_SC can shed some light on it.
