Actually that is what chaturbate wants. Once your ID is expired they want you to send in pics of your new one so it is always a valid form of ID on file.

I created my account 3 years ago, don't even remember what ID I sent them, you would think they would let you check the document they have on file if they pretend you to keep updating it, no?

Edit: I don't even see a submission form to send another ID on the panel. Am I supposed to mail support? Because they have a lousy track of getting actual humans to read the emails I've sent.

I just checked my account because I don't use it and know my ID info on file has expired. You have to go to the broadcast page, and it will say there that you must upload age identification to receive tokens. On the left, under the broadcast window.

I'm not sure what it says there, when your ID on file isn't expired.

Well DAMN. That really sucks. Maybe they can give MyFreeCams a try...or even that BongaCams site I've heard so much about (Nah, go with MFC)?

I remember when they wouldn't let me purchase Claritin-D at CVS Pharmacy once because my photo ID was ONE DAY expired. Lol.

I also got banned by chaturbate on my birthday because my ID expired ... but I emailed them and got unbanned eventually .

It happens, and from what I understand, ID related bans happen relatively frequently.
Also number of followers may not hold much weight as theres a different popular model on there (250k followers, camming 3 years I believe?) who said she had to jump through hoops to get some proper tax return forms earlier this year and support treated her like they never heard of her.

Streamate does the same thing, but they have a notice on your log in page for 30 days before it expires, and then disable broadcasting if you don't update in time, until you do. I panicked when I realized my id wasn't going to arrive until a week after I went to the DMV, (for some reason I thought they were instantly printed) luckily I also have a current passport that I forgot is an option.

Idk... I mean once your 18 your 18 and up forever usually.... so it does seem silly but I get it. I'm on my 3rd license since making my MFC account and I don't think I've had to upload a new one ever. I can't see which one they have for me under documents. I might have had to do a newer one when I had a significant address change? but not sure.
