Please help me get my old account back

Hi stripchat family, @Stella_SC.
I was working under a studio last year but I moved to another city and decided to be an independent model. I tried opening up an independent account but I couldn't because the country I am in now doesn't accept new models. I have reached out to support since end of last year and was told to talk to my former boss to release my account from studio after talking with my boss i was told that the studio was banned and I reappealed to sc support to see if my case can be appealed and I can get back my former account back and continue with it, unfortunately the response was that the account has been permanently banned and I can't get access to it. I have been trying to reach out to support since the beginning of the month but their response is your account has been permanently banned and nothing can be done. I am requesting for help to atleast get my old account back because when I left the studio my account was good I did not violate any rules please help me if there's a way around this as this was my final resort for income. I will appreciate help, sorry for the long post and find the screenshot below for further guidance and help. Thank you in advance.

I took a look and I can see that your account was permanently blocked for having an unregistered person broadcasting from that account. That is considered a serious rule violation. Support's decision to permanently block is final and unfortunately there is nothing I can do to assist you. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

I wasn't aware of the violation and that it occurred after I left the studio last year January, there isn't a way to solve it? Most likely it was my boss who made the violation since I did not have any access to the account details and I had moved out to another city. Can my case be reconsidered since I was not the one who violated the account please

I am sorry, but I am unable to assist you. Not only is your account permanently banned for having an unregistered person broadcasting, but additionally we no longer accept registrations from your country anyways.
