Hello! We are a young couple (a guy and a girl) who recently decided to use the Chaturbate platform. I (the guy) created an account named viviluxecharm and completed age verification using my ID. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the rules carefully and forgot to include my girlfriend’s information. Our stream was interrupted, after which my girlfriend uploaded her documents, and the system confirmed her age. However, the account’s streaming permissions were suspended.
I contacted support, explained the situation, clarified that we are both well over 18, and mentioned that the system now recognizes both of us as adults. I also admitted my mistake of initially providing only my information. Despite this, support hasn’t responded, and the account remains inactive.
I decided to create new accounts, one of which is vivicharmluxe (instead of viviluxecharm). This time, I uploaded my new documents—a passport instead of an ID—to avoid being flagged as a repeat offender. I also registered my girlfriend. The system confirmed both of our ages, but strangely, only she is allowed to stream. It seems the system recognized me as someone who violated the rules before.
As a result, on this new account, my girlfriend is allowed to stream, but I am not, even though my documents were verified. My account status matches the title of this query. Does this mean I’m not allowed to appear on my girlfriend’s streams? Is there any way to restore my permissions, or has my accidental mistake permanently labeled me as a rule-breaker, unworthy of a response from support?
