I was informed that my account „ Lalalahorny “ or before „ivikiwi“ (i changed the name) has received a permanent ban. The situation is as follows:
I had added two people to my account, including a user named 'Kitty's Paradise'. I learned that this user was permanently banned in a stream - one that I never participated in. The incident occurred when another user asked her if she would do something for free, and after she declined, that user reported her.
What particularly concerns me is that I have never violated any terms of service or shown any rule-breaking behavior. I would have understood a temporary ban or warning. Even removing the concerned account from my profile would have been an understandable measure. I would certainly understand if the ban were adjusted to a more appropriate duration.
A lifetime ban seems disproportionately harsh in this context, especially since I personally have not committed any violations.
My previous attempts to contact customer service have been unsatisfactory. I felt like I was only receiving automated standard responses without any consideration of my individual case. That's why I'm reaching out again, hoping we can find an appropriate solution together.
