Madness, I tell thee. There's now an option to purchase tokens on MFC using PayPal. I'm assuming PayPal must have relaxed their anti-porn stance, else MFC might be liable to lose thousands, and models may be at risk of chargebacks.

No, that's not how it works.

You are not buying adult services with Paypal. You are buying tokens with Paypal. Totally different.

You have to choose Epoch, then go to the next page. It gives you the option for Paypal instead of a Credit Card.

No, that's not how it works.

You are not buying adult services with Paypal. You are buying tokens with Paypal. Totally different.

It's a bit of a grey area. Buying tokens on an adult website. I hope it's going to be the norm though.

Since the payment options page says "American Express Unfortunately, American Express does not allow transactions on any adult-themed websites" one would have to think PayPal has changed its policy.

But then ... how the hell can Amex tell its customers what they can or cannot purchase? This seems worse that what PayPal's (now dead and gone?) policy.

Am I right in thinking PayPal funds would be going to Epoch a the payment processor for MFC, which is not an adult site, so technically it is within PayPal rules? Although, still very grey.

I'm pretty certain this isn't going to pave the way for models to accept PP.

Well, it looks fishy, but I figure if Paypal takes back any money MFC shouldn't take back yours at least. Worst case scenario I see is MFC taking away the option to use Epoch.

I've already got enough problems with regular banks flagging my token purchases. The last thing I want is to deal with PayPal's fraud department, lol. I think that I'll pass.

One of the biggest thing I've heard models hate and seen models ban/lash out now is when a premium or basic asks if they accept paypal. Since paypal is now an option to become a premium and buy tokens with, are you models starting to tell them that mfc accepts paypal instead of lashing out at them/banning them?

I don't know that I've really seen a lot of models "lash out" regarding Paypal. Paypal just doesn't work for us and it is just a FACT that the majority of random people we've never spoken to before who are asking about Paypal are doing so with the intention to scam us, so I would say that it's reasonable not to appreciate that "offer". Personally I just say a simple "no" and let them know that I happily accept tokens, as it's not really something that I feel the need to get heated about. I also would disagree about this being "one of the biggest things that models hate". It is a common question and a common annoyance, but not really more than that!

I, as an individual, still do not accept Paypal nor do I believe any model should, however of course someone is welcome to go ahead and buy tokens via Paypal instead! I have a sneaking suspicion that most of the "Paypal bb?" guys will still decline or leave without a word, for SOME reason...

I don't get a lot of guys asking me anymore, but if someone does I'd be perfectly happy to politely point out that they can buy tokens via Paypal, but I suspect that most of them will still fall eerily silent and leave. :lol:

I am GLAD that they're accepting Paypal now, though! I'm sure that even though lots of those Paypal guys are scammers, there are still plenty of perfectly nice people who will have a nicer time buying tokens thanks to this change so that's great!

I've used it a few times and I didn't get any complaints from paypal, They are okay with it just like they are okay with buying tobacco products at offline retailers that accept paypal.

I went premium with it a few weeks ago, the other e-wallets as well as paysafecard work for basics to go premium without a prior account for persons located in another country such as germany, but paypal seems to only work in certain countries afaik just the usa
