@punker barbie I’m wondering if you could help me. I requested a daily payout on Dec. 2nd, 2022 and I have not received it yet. I contacted chaturbate support and they said the last payout I did was on November 28th, even though my stats page shows that I cashed out December 2nd and I haven’t received the funds. I also have not received a confirmation email that I cashed out the funds. Is there anything that I can do? My CB name is sistinehashands.

This is the support e-mail I received from support today stating my last payout was on Nov. 28th but I last cashed out on December 2nd.

I did that on December 2nd already. The tokens are no longer available in my account and I have not received a confirmation email or anything. @punker barbie can you please help me with this? I’ve never had any issues before

If you requested a daily payout, you should see this Daily Payout Request Stats by Date

Sure thing! I was just bein’ a dunce and forgot to finish the request process by pressing the dang button I’ve pressed hundreds of times for payout. My own mistake! It’s been one of those frantic weeks and I overlooked an easy, key detail. Get enough rest ya’ll!
