Hi,

I got an email from Chaturbate support stating that my payment is being held because they said there was another unverified person on my account, however I was in my room by myself. Has this happened to anyone else where Chaturbate will claim they saw another person on your account even when you were alone? This is only my first week with Chaturbate and I know I was by myself throughout my entire time on Chaturbate so I'm really confused why I'm being accused of having someone who is not age-verified on the cam with me. I resubmitted my age verification documents but it was denied due to already being verified. I'm not really sure what I need to do at this point to ensure my account is in good standing. :(

I am sorry to hear your payment was delayed. I have confirmed with the support team that your payment is currently processing. Please reach out to support if you have not received the payment by Wednesday.
