Paxum transfer no longer availiable on UK

Hey everyone! Recently I got this 'error' on my paxum account ( photo atached ) saying that the country where I use to tranfer my money ( UK )is not accepted anymore.
I don't have a physical Paxum account because I can't 'prove' that I live where I live and I always tranfered money from my Paxum account to an external card.
Is anyone else is this situation or know what I should do? Thank you
