Password For Months

So a model on CB I used to visit but still follow has had a password on her room for three months.

Any thoughts as to why this would be?

Is there any advantage to a password for an inactive room versus just an abandoned room?

She may have forgotten to take off the password or is trying to hide her bio for privacy.

Or only allowing certain people into the room, private group show for select people only, or as stated above, forgot its passworded, CB tells your it is, so don't see how one can forget thou

There is no advantage other than hiding the info from the public.
If she has quit then she may just want it hidden, but is unsure if she will be back or not.

I think it's quite literally just a preference for some to hide from view, or to keep it open if they have quit. I would assume by hiding it if she has photos and videos for sale, it would be less of an advantage having the password on because people who are missing her can't go and buy her content. I have done this with a model who hasn't been on for years, I bought one of her videos - for nostalgia purpose because she was great and I really enjoyed her.

But it's quite simply a case of "each to their own" I think for this
I think some Studios hide it so they can delete all the current models content and then they can let another model work from that same account

In that case of being months kind of thing, perhaps all that is valid.
I have done the password thing mostly just to test things out & see how they are working & dont want random people joining & leaving during that. Have also done password thing just so friends can see me live on cam & chat when i notice them. But would say for the most part Your last remark could be the reason too. Let the account go dormant for a few months etc before switching models etc

Studios will often set passwords when the model leaves just to avoid problems.

Edit: its obviously not just studios though if you want to quit for a while and you don't want to receive offline tip messages and stuff like that then setting a password is a good idea.
