Our wire transfer money is being held

We are couple who is now streaming on CB for 5 months . This week we were supposed to get our money but they sent us that our wire transfer money is being on hold because we first have to verify. Our account was verified once. And now we have to re-verify again. The problem is that we cannot re-verify again cause we did it once. We tried to re-verify again but they are saying it is denied. So is there any bug in the sistem or something else. Because we did everything they told us. Please fix it.
