I might get a lot of shit for this, but Streamate. I recently tried it out and had a long time reg who had a private idea so I gave him a discount on there. Was awesome for him and I.


Streamate:
-you can buy 15 all the way to 60 minute "block sessions" with a model and get a discount (from the site)
-they recently added tipping
-the model can set her price
-the model do make less % wise, but most are so busy half the time it makes up for it

I'm sure there might be more awesome things (or shitty things) that I don't know about yet. Still pretty new to it, but enjoyed it as much as MFC for the most part.

I have worked on Video Secrets, from my personal experience you wont make as much money as you can with MFC. Unless they changed it, you can not have any music playing, can not wear name brand clothes if it shows the names, have to hide your drink labels, etc... I have made more on MFC in a Week than I did with VS in a month, not saying you will be the same way but it just didnt work for me. I do wish you the best of luck and you will have to repost to keep us updated how your doing on there.

flirt4ree has been a big failure for me...
as candy mentioned they have crazy strict rules that dont really make much sense.. (to me)
it was my first webcam job and it made me have a 6 months break because i disliked the site so much..

its a highly controlling site.. and if youre used to mfc you will go crazy on f4f
also the studio thing isnt my thing at all...

they fine people too easily.. and have no manners..
i left because they closed my account and never replied to the 10 mails i send to them

even my studio manager couldnt do nothing.. all he got as a reply was the mails i send them...
if you hit the succes button you are good at flirt.. but if not its not worth the time and effort...

streammate is good.. just less constant traffic then mfc..
but there are alot less free loaders there...
also you have a phone option which i find pretty cool.. you wont get the members number and they wont get yours

camsathome can be good if you fall into the taste of certain members... (alot less members there compared to mfc)
but the limits for freeloaders are pretty low.. you can send free members a massage every half hour with a message to upgrade their wallet (gets very anoying and makes them either leave or upgrade their wallet)
just as easy to set up as mfc btw...

only f4f and mfc have extern software.. which i like alot better then logging in a webpage...

i tried some other sites too but their not worth mentioning lol...

they have a 25 % standard payout.. but it can go up or down depending on how well you do... (low % payout because of all the people in between you, and the company, studio managers, promotors etc...)

I don't know how AdultWork is for the girls, but I don't like the site. The interface is too busy with a lot of options and for 2 months now its servers have become really slow. However, they have some good features and the models can offer many services.

Quickly... the sites mentioned in this thread:

Streamate
They are much better than 2-3 years ago. The chat window had some improvements, supporting now smiles and the text seems better to read. The categories list on the sidebar is a handy tool. Streamte has also improved the bandwith and the average stream is faster and clean now. Even those girls broadcating with HD webcam.

F4F
The chat window is huge and gives you more space to the text. Many girls are now broadcasting in High Quality and the stream is really good. However, the VOD, that has a huge collection of videos, seems to have some compression and the videos are not as good as live stream.

Naked.com
Never tried a private there. They don't have many models online. The chat window has a basic interface, but seems to do the job.

I started working on VS/F4F but moved on after 6 weeks, even after getting model of the week status, and I'll tell you why...they record every single private you have and make it available as a VOD (Video On Demand) for people to purchase, unlike MFC where the private is only archived for the people who are in the private. Although you can set the price for the VOD and make residual income on them, once you become "inactive" on the site you no longer receive the VOD revenue. So, they continue making money off you long after you are gone. I can check my stats on the site and see how much money I "would" have made has I remained active and it just makes me sick.

After VS/F4F I moved to Streamate and while I don't love everything about the site structure, it is absolutely awesome. I won't repeat everything that has already been mentioned by other posters but I will say that their customer service and video quality are unbeatable (HD baby!). Also, there is POTENTIAL to make more than what you make on MFC based on the pay structure (message me if you want details). Even if they don't get as much traffic as MFC (not sure if that's true...I'm assuming they don't), there is definitely a higher conversion rate...meaning I spend more time in private on Streamate than I do on MFC. That being said, after 2 hours I have to log off and give my body a break...lol

the only thing they did well with the tube channel is that the models had all control over it.. so if your video is out there.. you put it there yourself.. or your studiomanager did...
so there wont be unexpected video's there for most girls...
mine have been deleted 2 or 3 months after they booted me from there..
i still think no other site will beat the asshole behavier video secrets show their girls.. mfc's model support doesnt even come close!

Naked.com can be done individually or through a studio. That's actually where I got my camming start. Naked.com is $5/min for members for privates, they can also do a voyeur mode for some models which is cheaper, watch group shows (not very common), and buy videos, models make about 20% of what members pay. Members may NOT talk to models off the site, models may not get naked in public chat, and the model support isn't as great as MFC. There are also a lot fewer models and there are FAR fewer customers (I would have 10-15 ppl in my room at a time, which is low, but I also was one of the top models in the studio I worked at....). If models made more (like we do on MFC), it would be a viable website to work for, but since we don't, I made the choice to switch to MFC.

Eventually one of my regs said the same thing, so I wrote to streamate asking where, when and how I would get paid. Here's the answer I got.

"Currently, the video gallery is not optional and is actually automated.
The videos are short clips (teasers) of chathost live sessions.

The purpose of these videos is to let the members know what to expect in
the chathosts' live sessions and also to promote their image better.
Members join Streamate for LIVE performances, so you shouldn't feel
threatened by the video feature. Also, this feature increases the quality
of the site and keeps members loyal to Streamate, which is to your
advantage.

The cost to produce and store the videos is barely covered by the
earnings they generate. This feature was not introduced for profit, but
for quality improvement. "

I can't say I'm ecstatic about this. I'd appreciate some control over it. The option to have this extra promo, and control over what videos they show. But the least they could do, the VERY LEAST, is to make it clear that models don't get paid when they watch them. Naturally they expect us to be grateful, in the same way they do when they tip us a dollar and have no idea that we only get 35 cents. But that's another issue.

other than mfc, i do camwhores. for me it's awesome. it's not a super huge payout, but it's definitely worth it. i have yet to meet anyone even remotely jerky on there. i'm looking at possibly doing another camming site, but i've yet to find one that will fit me.
