Onlyfans video removal for children noise?

Hello.

Posted a video of the GF, skimpy dancing mainly. In her house, 2nd story, near the open balcony that is heavily curtained.
She lives across the street from a park, and schools are near by. When the kids get let out of school for lunch / park activities / etc they make a large amount of noise that goes through the house.
Especially with the balcony doors open..

Anyway.
The video was ok with little background noise for most of the video, then towards the end, the school kids moved from school to the park and made a lot of noise.
So you could hear kids playing in the video background sounds / wasnt that loud in the video, but audible.

Then the video was removed for "breach of rules".. ETC
The video was pretty tame with it just being sexy dancing.. So ?? it was banned cause the children playing in the park across the road were noisy?

I guess the only way to know for sure is to contact OF.

But really, and I don't want to sound like a dick, but why would you, or your GF, post a video that had the sounds of children in it???
I doubt that any reputable site is going to look upon that favourably. Surely it isn't that hard to NOT record videos when the kids get out of school? Or is Colombia so laissez faire about such things that there is no schedule for the school, and the kids just roam about as, when, and where they please?

Don't do this again. I don't care what the ToS says, if it really was really what got the video taken down. Kids cannot consent to being in the video, and I can't imagine how the parents would feel knowing their children are included in any way in someone's porn vid. It's wrong, period.

I have also lived close to a park where children played. When they were audible, I would take pictures or edit videos instead of recording, answering dms, or livestreaming. I know for a fact that they will not be there forever, and I knew the times where they would usually be there, because it would be like clockwork with afterschool/etc.

Your gf had the choice to delay the recording by 2~ hours but didn't.
You had the choice of simply muting or removing that part but didn't.

Don't put the blame on CB, this was both of your own faults. Don't merge sexual content with kids

Indistinguishable background noise. that wasn't very loud.
And yeah it wasn't edited out.

And times seemed fairly random.
it wasnt the end of school, they went to the park for random sports activities. Like basketball

She wasnt broadcasting, she has a seperated fairly sound proofed room etc for broadcasting from.
Was a video made in a office located closer to the balcony..

I'm saying it's worse, since you both had the control and choice not to have audio of kids in a sexual video but neither of you bothered.

She is EXTREMELY fortunate for not having her whole account taken down. CB has banned for a LOT less. I can't believe you even made a thread on this and brought attention to it as if the whole "kids being included in porn" wasn't enough to get you thinking twice. You honestly give me bad vibes in general, and you have overshared a lot of your personal life with her, things I would not be comfortable seeing my own boyfriend posting.
You couldn't keep your mistake quiet and instead made this thread to question why the video was taken down, when it sounds like you KNOW why it was taken down. Absolutely foolish.

I don't even know if she knows how much you post about her. To be clear, I don't think she deserves to be banned for this one time offence, since it doesn't sound like it was made with the intent of CSAM. But this thread is ridiculous on several levels, and if you had included her account name, I would be afraid for my income if I were her. CB is known for banhammering.

I don't know if you're completely oblivious or just don't give a shit about anything aside from living out your cam model boyfriend manager fantasy, but knowingly including children in porn in any sort of way is completely not okay. OF will not typically tell you why something has been pulled they seem to have a policy on that.

AI is pulling stuff for literally no reason all the time. Their AI is not perfect and they wont review stuff

I'm assuming she's dancing to music in the video? If she was just dancing with no music at all, you could always just completely mute the audio...and viewers will just see her dancing, and not even hear the kids at all.

Video editing programs like Wondershare Filmora 11, etc. have features you can use to remove background noise and lower the volume.

I have a next door neighbor who has kids that run around and stomp up and down the stairs and scream at all hours of the night. Luckily I always have music playing when I'm live on MFC, and members can't hear that noise. But if I were recording, say, a 'painting my toenails' video while all that's going on, I'm sure I'd have to use one of those tools to do something about that noise.

Turning it into a gif (or multiple gifs) is also an option, I do that quite often!

It is beyond me how you would think it is OK to film a movie meant for an adult audience while having kids around, even though they are across the streets somewhere. Not only is it completely fuc*d up, but it is a crimal offence pretty much I believe anywhere in the EU. I suppose rules in Colombia are different. I'm out of this thread.

The post seemed slightly out of character based on past interactions, so I’m just thinking he might be having a bad day and we can let it rest for now. I also think he somehow misread the OP and thought the model was actually filming NEAR children. She was in an apartment/etc with the curtains drawn, just with the window open enough to hear noises from across the street. That isn’t illegal.

I lived near a school and it was very audible. I could not record/stream around school hours.

Models: be sure to look up local city/county laws in the US about making porn so close to schools or churches. My old town required at least 600ft away from a school if i remember correctly.

I expected some opinions, and some useful information.
Which is what was received.

She made it and posted it. Ive been in transit for most of the last week, back to AUS.
Which is probably why the situation changed when she decided to use my (now empty) office which has sunlight, to make a video in.
Instead of the usual studio / studio lights which is sound proofed.

She just asked for help with "Why was this banned".. And my immediate reply was.. "Probably the background noise from the park, in some of the video"

But I wanted to look into it more, and make sure the topic was resolved properly.

And yes, I don't really know what's normal with city noise. In Aus where I live, I'm in my house surrounded by my land, and houses are about 200m apart with 0 noise.
Her location is thin 3 story houses all built surrounding a park.. And the addresses are that as well... Park 4 house 146... Park 6 house 123 Etc

And the background noise was about 1/4 of the volume of the music,, and not like a voice or words could be heard.. was just a indistinguishable noise.

But I assume from the replies above, that was the problem.
So will work on a way to neutralize the problem moving forward.

"You can only make videos in one room of the house / due to city noise" is a bit limiting.
So will explore some software options, and then if successful will try to teach her how to use it. Or do it for her.

And yes the music was ~4x louder than the indistinguishable background noise.

Yes could wipe all sound from the video then try to put the music back clean.
But some of this stuff is how much time is the end result worth. Shrugs.

Will look at that program, for me helping her, since I assume its a computer program.. Since she doesn't use computers except for pressing broadcast on OBS.

And will ask her to look for Iphone13 video software if any exist, so she can try to do it herself.
Or maybe there is a setting in her Iphone13 video recording software that filters out the background noise, so it doesn't need editing out.
Will try to explore that with her too. (I'm bad with phones / usually only use them for making calls)

But I guess we will need to try and find some software way from removing background noise from video creation..
Cities and parks are noisy most of the day.. And only making videos at night, or in the sound proofed broadcasting room is a bit limiting.

I'm sure there is always 50 kids within a xxx meter radius in a city environment..
Long as they are kept away from the adult content.. ETC ETC
And cities are noisy.

I'm not used to living in a city with being from rural Australia / low pop lots of land.
And she's not used to content creation, she's recently moving from broadcasting only (in a small sound proofed broadcasting room), to content creation..

So city noise is a new problem to solve, with her content creation.

Video was recorded with Iphone13, Edited with Iphone13, then sent from there to onlyfans.
I'm not sure what editing software etc was used, I suck with phones, and usually only use them as a phone.

The setup over there is.. the balcony has sliding glass doors floor to ceiling... Which basically open up most of the wall. (its in place of a wall)
(And yes with a wall of curtains in front of the glass sliding wall)

Which are usually open 8am -> Midnight daily.. to help with the hot and humid climate..
And air-conditioning usually being limited to a room or two / not the whole house.

The structure of the city is housing surrounding the central park. <Repeated like a cookie cutter stamp>
And I don't understand how the park works, but id assume there is a roster, with groups heading there in turns.. most of the daylight.

Because its common, and generic info, that's not linked to her specifically..
or separating her from the other 50 million in Colombia.

And it was interestingly different to the structure I'm used to in Australia.. Being street based, and using street names.
Since their streets don't really have unique names like Australia's does.

Done sound proofing already for her broadcasting room.. Which was selected because it doesn't have windows / etc
And its setup with studio lights everywhere ETC..

But now she's doing content. Its not like she can do every content piece from the same boring room.
So she was trying to explore the house for different settings.
I don't think the house can be sound proofed.

Also been exploring pull down backdrops for the studio room, with her.
But not sure how that will work out , at this stage, still exploring it.

Could you explain what you mean by noise machine outside, please?
Her having loud music on didn't seem to fix the issue.
