Offline tips aren't worth more.
We just like them more because we're getting paid without being on cam (like being paid for a saturday even though you have saturdays off) and because they are great for your cam score.
Also, an offline tip means the member is thinking of you even when he's not watching you, it's sweet!

If you are thinking of models offering double/triple prizes or raffle tokens if tipped offline, it's simply because (as said) they boost your camscore and you don't have to get on cam and work to sell those things.
Offline tips are worth 5 cents per token to the model, while online tips are only worth a nickle.
ALL tokens count the same.
Camscore is based off of tokens per hour (TPH) then based off of an average of all girls' TPH.
If a girl makes 1000 tokens offline, then gets on cam for 1 hour and makes another 1000 tokens, then she is making ~2000 TPH.
If a girl makes 1000 tokens offline, then gets on cam for 2 hours and makes another 1000 tokens, then she is making ~1000 TPH.
If a girl makes 0 tokens offline, then gets on cam for 1 hour and makes 2000 tokens, she is making ~2000 TPH.
In scenario 1 and 3, her camscore would be the same. In scenario 2, her camscore would be lower even though it's the same amount of tokens.
Increasing the amount of tokens, and decreasing the amount of time spent online is what makes a camscore rise. Clearly a girl would love to be able to make her daily token goal while spending less than her usual hours online for that day. Offline tokens help this greatly.
That is why offline tips rock our socks.
