Good Day

I have a Lovense Lush 3 that was paired with an old phone that I've lost a while ago.

It seems that I can't pair it with my new phone as it still is connected with the phone I don't have anymore.

Is there any way that I can fix this problem so that my toy can connect with my new phone?

I truly help appreciate your help and input.
