I wouldn't say that. I would wager the opposite - many, many models DO care about their shows being traded for free.

Some of them cannot simply compete with how many of their shows are stolen (they do 2 public shows a day and 30 people capture and upload those shows to different sites... they can't get them taken down as fast as they are put up). Other models may be more willing to allow those videos to direct traffic to them.

Having your content shared is the reality of cam modeling, but it doesn't mean that women who have videos shared want them to be shared, any more than you did.

So true Timmy, just because you see a link to a video (even a link with screen shots of said video) it doesn't mean the link is active. Websites take down the hosted video, but I would be very surprised if they moderated userboards or forums to take down links as well.

Oh, I am not questioning whether it's an insult to the individual - just whether claiming every cam girl in existence is hugely insulted seems to be going over the top. I have to agree that it's a bad idea to single out a model as unattractive or less attractive publicly. We all think it about some models (and some people in general), but it's easy enough to keep that to yourself or to private conversations among friends. As Allison said, this is a cam model site, so naturally one is going to have to expect them to (I'll use my metaphor again) circle the wagons if one of their own is being put down. Plus, in general, it's just not necessary anyway -- you wouldn't walk up to someone you didn't want to date and tell them that; you'd just move on to someone you did and ask them out instead.

I will say, it's an interesting experience being a non-model on a forum dedicated to models. I'm here because I find it interesting. We are, however, kind of second-class citizens here (understandably) and have to use a certain degree of tact to remain welcome. I assume Amber sees some value in having our opinions expressed here since we're allowed here at all, be we're more easily done without than the models are. Yes, I realize the OP is also a model, although not yet certified on this site, but I presume the same reasoning applies.

I've noticed you jumping to trishhh's defence in a few threads now where she's said something blatantly rood. Whether it's ripping on a model for the way she runs her room or it's flat-out calling a model ugly, do you really, truly, honestly and genuinely not see why - on this forum, a forum that's intended for models to come together and help one another - people might not think that's cool?
