hey, sorry for not responding to that thread before it got locked-

my first warning on mfc was about selling soiled underwear jan 17. which i have seen multiple models do via raffle, or straight out selling for tokens. WTF.

second warning was feb 7 for, ahem, having 'dirty, nasty, taboo, no limit, etc or similar as a show, a tag, subject, or name.' i do NOT do pee shows on mfc, though i did have nasty as a tag for a long while- for no other reason than i do like to talk dirty. i had no idea nasty was synonymous with watersports/etc all of the sudden?

that warning was incredibly vague and leaves me wondering if there's an admin/viewer that doesnt like me, or if they are cracking down...? i appreciate nataliagrey's comment that her pee vids have gotten her in hot water (pun slightly intended, lol) (sorry to hear that though) but its still like, what is going on here?! should i be worried about my acct closing down soon? i'm thinking i may have received it since i am slowly creeping into the top 1000 models now, or something, noooo idea though...

If when you say "soiled underwear" you mean poop or tinkles or MFC took it to mean that, there are major laws against that in some states. When I worked in a porn store, we weren't legally allowed to sell porn that included scat. Once, someone called corporate because they bought a video and it unexpectedly included pooping. We had to pull everything from that production company and send it back. Your follow up warning was probably based on your first warning more than just the word nasty. Like, if someone who hadn't had a soiled underpants warning put "nasty" in their tags, it might be interpreted more lightly. I would guess you are on the radar now and they are probably following up to make sure that you don't go back.

This second part is not about your situation personally. Just so you don't feel picked on.

I feel like a lot of girls and members skip over understanding that there are real legal reasons for most of the rules on MFC. They protect the site and to some extent those camming. With tens of thousands of girls broadcasting, how would they have the resources to follow up on every rule breaker, explain themselves and the rule and then make sure it's understood? It's unrealistic and shouldn't be necessary as everyone involved is an adult. If I were Leo, I probably wouldn't even have a warning system for things that could get people or the site in legal trouble. I'd just pay them what they'd made and hit the ban button to be safe. Always new girls signing up tomorrow.

I agree with JickyJuly. Worn panties are not what got you the warning. It was "soiled" panties. I have never seen anyone else selling soiled panties...and I perv on models/profiles a lot.

I'm sure they have a list somewhere of girls who have broken bug rules such as this and do periodic follow ups.

If you are worried about getting banned it's time to get your profile/shows to a more Vanilla theme.

That might depend on the state. The store I worked in was in Tennessee (kind of a conservative state). Our city actually raided our store and removed all of our DVDs and vibrators at one point. The other side of the store was a headshop. They left all the glass pipes and water pipes untouched. Hehe. Our parent company spent almost 6 months fighting them in court before winning and getting them back. Girls should definitely not assume they will manage to slide on things that are illegal in their own areas. As unlikely as it might be or feel, if you're breaking a law, it could end up on someone's desk who will pursue it.

Was anybody facing prison time?

@Guy No. The state lost. They had to give the sexy stuff back. I think the state also had to pay the company some kind of settlement for removing the things, but I was just an assistant manager. So, I'm not sure on that one. It worked out in favor of the company but they had enough money to fight back. Something like this for a camgirl would likely not go so smoothly. I mean, of course the situations are not ideal to compare. Just proof that states do try to enforce sex laws even past where they are allowed to sometimes.

Is the store still around?
