Not able to tip models or c2c

Hello, I recently wasn't allowed to tip any model or do C2C with one's that already allow me to. I just get "Unable to send tip. please contact support" and "You're not allowed to share cam with this user" even though the model directly told me they didn't change anything.

How do I fix this issue?
