No longer accepting the documents

Hello , I am trying to create new account
But getting this error
And I am using the same document
My document name is not change not modified
I think there is glitch in your verification system
Please check and let me know
I am using official Indian government issue identity card
And this same document I have used for my privious two accounts with the same information
But for now I am getting this message
Please help me
I have tried manual verification too
But the error is same

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept the form of identification that you are submitting for your documents.

You are welcome to submit a different form of ID, such as a passport or a drivers licence.
