New model without the NEW tag

Hi everyone,
many years ago I've created an account on chaturbate but I never performed on that. So, I've created a new account and contacted the support because I did not get the hashtag NEW on my room.
Would it be possible for me to get a NEW tag for my profile when I have been online for 7 days? I've sent 2 emails contacting the support but I was not replied at all.

There is no other way than the e-mail, do not send more e-mails as this will make your request to go the back of the queue.
