New model. Banned on the second day right during the stream – need help.

Hi everyone! I'm a new streamer here and managed to do broadcasts for only two days. On the second day, my stream was suddenly blocked while it was live. I’ve already reached out to support about this, but it’s been two days without any response.

It’s really strange to receive a ban when I didn’t break any of the site’s rules.

I don’t have a ticket number because Support hasn’t replied yet.
