Hey, I started camming like 4 days ago. I had this session with the creepiest guy and I didn’t stop it. I now realize it was against the website rules. I should have stopped it. Ugh. It’s almost bringing to the point of giving up. I’m worried and feel disgusting. Sorry just looking for support.

In the future, just remember that it's 100% fine to say no to sessions that you're uncomfortable with...or even just don't feel like doing at that moment. If you're a model who's afraid to say no, you could just remind them that it's against the site rules anyway. Sessions that will leave you feeling horrible are not worth the money.

I think we've all had sessions like that when we were new. There's a learning curve. I'm a "MILF" so my first week I was flooded with guys taking me private to pretend they were my children. I didn't know what to do so I let the session go too long the first time. I was like this is weird and gross but isn't everything on pornhub about "stepmoms" and "step sisters" and barely legal daughters. I was also worried, but I think the sites are more forgiving of new models.

In the future you'll remember how icky this made you feel and you'll stop it sooner. It's okay to make mistakes. Some of these guys are very experienced at manipulating cam models and some only deal with new models who are naive enough to be easily tricked. I actually stopped working during my new period because I felt like it was drawing in predators and I wanted to wait until guys were searching me for my attributes instead of my new status. I'm not suggesting you do this, but I'm saying a lot of these guys will drop off once your new status is over. You're not disgusting, the customer who took advantage of you is disgusting. If you stick with it you'll find customers who make you feel great about logging on.

anytime a member is making you uncomfortable, end that show. forget about the money you would make from it. there are other people who aren't fucking gross who will gladly pay for your services and respect your boundaries.

when you do shows you don't enjoy it's gonna cause burnout. that's what you are experiencing now. it's fine that it's only four days in. we all experience burnout at one point. figure out your boundaries and stick to them. be sure to learn your site rules and what isn't allowed.

there was a thread recently created on learning how to say no and setting boundaries.

i'm sorry this happened. there are some gross fucks. when you are a new model you will experience a lot more members trying to push your boundaries trying to take advantage that you are new. once your new model status is gone the majority of those vultures will go away.

Don’t feel guilt or shame in saying NO to some of their requests. I have boundaries and I won’t do just anything for money. I can promise you that, over time, you do learn how to handle these not-so-pleasant situations. Just use your instincts.
if you don’t want to cause a confrontation with the customer - just say face have some major obstacle (I am often requested to do scat, and I tell them I have issues in that department - it works).

A) blow up and become a household name or
B) Burst into every room you enter shouting "I'm Xx69bjlover69xX on chaturbate!"
It's going to be nearly impossible for a loved one to find a recording of you. Assuming you were smart and used a "porn name" and aren't using your real name in your username or profile, of course.

Unfortunately I do know girls have been blackmailed and had footage sent to their families online. Most of these ladies were front page popular but a couple often got less than 100 viewers in their room. Apparently its girls from eastern europe that get targeted. So if u dont live there then yes it is rare, but I strongly recommend that u set any social network accounts you have to private so that only friends and family can view your accounts.

As a User, I say it is your room, your rules, your show. Never do anything that makes you uncomfortable. Unless it is your kink, guys who want to see you squirm (not in a good way) are creeps. Hope you have a great time going forward.

A model that I am close to messages me every day after work and tells me about anything weird that happened. It allows her to download and decompress as well as have a good laugh sometimes. Community helps.

I think almost every website I've joined my first show/job has been sketchy and I didn't find out till after they already paid and were well into it.

I generally didn't know how to respond, what to do, how to stop it. That comes with being new. You're going to make mistakes, so don't feel so bad about making one. Just learn from this and the next time someone asks for something against the rules or makes you feel bad say "That's against the site rules." Eventually you'll be comfortable enough to just say no.

Build up those boundaries and move on.

<Not a model< but i have a friend who has had their family contacted and she had a small viewer base 0-15 viewers at any given time. (mostly on the lower end)

Most likely you're going to be fine though
just want to warn you that its very easy to screen record any shows that you do. additionally there is facial recognition websites that can identify you and link stuff to your social media networks etc.
on top of that there's websites that will snapshot your public shows and automatically upload to said websites.

Since you said you were new, i just wanted to warn you about the risks. sorry for the negative comment

Being recorded/reposted is just part of being a cam model unfortunately. But unless you're doing something crazy you run a low risk of going viral and being spotted by people who aren't browsing porn sites.
If anyone in your family ever sees your cam show recording odds are they're browsing porn themselves & while it's embarrassing for you, they'll also feel weird about it as well and have no business being judgey about it either.

Also I'm glad you're feeling better! I've had a few shows at the start of my camming career that went way out of my comfort zone and made me beat myself up about it after. Setting boundaries gets easier over time.

Being recognized/doxxed to family and friends is a possibility that every cam model needs to be ok with otherwise don't press the broadcast button. It sucks but it's a reality.
