A friend of mine has just setup a CB account and was planning to do her first stream today. She decided to test ther equipment an connection before the stream but she was not aware of the rule about having to show her face and the account has now been suspended from broadcasting.
She has sent a couple of emails to the support mailbox, but is getting anxious about how long it is taking to fix. Her English is limited, so I want to raise this request on her behalf.
