Need help with ID verification on Chaturbate.

Anybody knows how Chaturbate works with ID verification ?
My account got banned with no reasons and they refuse to unban it. So I was thinking on sending my ID again and start again from 0.
Anybody have done that and can verify if it works ?

I'm not too sure, but I know that I've made multiple accounts on CB (couldn't decide on a username lol) and they never questioned it. Maybe use a different form of id?

If you did not get a satisfactory explanation for being banned, you can contact support again or you can send a kindly-worded email to Shirley (shirley@chaturbate.com). She should be able to give you more information on why your account was banned and whether you are clear to either re-activate or set up a new account.

If you set up a new account with the same credentials, you could get flagged for ID fraud. I'd be careful about that, it's really not worth it.

Well I already messaged Shirley and explained it to her but I got no answer.
And the same way I got banned, made me realize of a bug on the site that would allow me to ban anybody, so I don't know what to do.

I'm getting some conflicting info here: you said initially that you got banned for "no reason" and are seeking info... now you are saying you do know why you got banned and that it's a bug you can use to exploit other people? I'm thoroughly confused.

What I would do here is:
1) Give us more and honest information on your case, we can't help you without the whole story.
2) Wait for Support or Shirley to get back to you on a response. It can take several days, even a week or more. Patience is a virtue, if you need to cam immediately, sign up for another site in the interim.
3) If Shirley and Support both gave no reason for your ban, the advice given in my prior post stands: do not resubmit. They don't want you there, for one reason or another: signing up under another name will just piss away all your chances of working with them ever again. If they banned you for a reason and you are not telling us... well, I'm not really sure why you would do that if you are looking for assistance.
4) Don't sabotage other users. What the living fuck. Don't exploit bugs, report them so the site can fix them.

Well I got banned for a "stupid" reason.
And now I realized that for this same reason I could get anybody banned.
I don't really want to help chaturbate giving them the info since they refused to helped me. Neither I want to explain the situation since somebody may use it just to do wrong.
I dont want to sabotage anybody, I know how it feels, I lose my main job and so far I have lose 400 bucks, and I will barely be able to afford some food the next weeks until I find a new job.

It's very important to differentiate between a "stupid reason" and "no reason" when seeking out help from others, otherwise it's a little misleading and there's not a lot we can do. If the site has chosen to ban you for reasons that you don't agree with or feel are unjust, you have every right to appeal your case with them and try to get your account reactivated, but from what you are telling me it seems that is not going to happen.

Whether you are allowed to work for Chaturbate or not, presenting the site with information you possess that could potentially compromise model security is simply charitable; it just the right thing to do. Refusing to present that information to them out of spite is just selfish: put yourself in the shoes of every other model on the site. Seeing how unhappy you are given that it happened to you, you should know best how it feels, try to sympathize. I applaud your discretion in keeping this "bug" private, since anyone can access and view these posts, but I think if any good is going to come from this situation it would be in you passing that information on to Chaturbate's Support staff.


I know the feeling all too well to have lost business or a job, be suffering financially, etc. You have my condolences and sympathy. Unfortunately, given the topic of this thread, this is unrelated and doesn't really help the case directly.

Given the direct topic of this thread and your initial request, my recommendation stands: either try to find a way to get CB to reactivate your account (which is sounding less and less likely the more information you provide) or sign up for a different site. I will reiterate - do not try to set up another account with CB. It will bring nothing but bad things. Whether you agree with it or not, they banned you for a reason.

As for the immediate, as recommended previously, if you need a job now I would look for a part-time job locally or try to sign up with a different camsite (which will not necessarily net you money until pay period closes, but will set you on the right path).
