I am unable to cash out tokens or tip anyone. Also my promotion tab is gone. I can bring in tokens but can’t use any

Don't spam the queue and the rep will get to you eventually.

Thanks for you info, I’m not trying to cause issues or spam intentionally, I just generally don’t know how it all works, but I’m glad for the help, thanks!

There's always an investigation into the situation and it can take a few days to circle back around to your ticket (or anyone else's for that matter). If you send more than one email, you get tossed back to the bottom of the pile.
