hello @punker barbie my nickname is rubi_latinslave i worked in the page since 5 years ago I have a problem and is that I have been suspended to broadcast, the incident occurred on August 4 of this year at 3 30am, (colombian hour, I wrote to them to ask what had happened and I received a response on August 11 of this year around 4:00 p.m. Colombian hour, and with great surprise I found that they banned me for an alleged "false document" ticket no. 10890631 I have asked them to show me proof of the accusation but they only respond that they have reason to believe that I violated the terms and the law, I have all my documents in order and the way to verify my identity biometrically, I really do not find the relationship between the suspension and the ban and much less the accusation. please help me, need back to work
