I am writing to appeal for the reinstatement of two accounts that were banned mistakenly: Simdy123 and Nasty_eboni. The account details are as follows:

The accounts were banned due to a misunderstanding and unfamiliarity with the site's policies. On January 2, 2025, I attempted to withdraw $287 and was asked to upload a payee ID or passport. I sought assistance from a friend and uploaded his passport ID to the both accounts because I wanted to use his crypto wallet to make the withdraw as I understood and i also asked my friend to create an account and verify it to avoid any delays
Unfortunately, this led to the ban of both I and my sister's account and my friend's account. Please we are new to the site and we have invested the little we have to CB, I understand that I made an error, but I assure you that it was not malicious. I am in urgent need of the funds to pay for my house rent, and I have no other means of support.
I have sent multiple emails to support team but no response from them

I kindly request that you review my case and give me and my sister a second chance. I promise to comply with the site's policies and avoid any mistakes in the future.
Please don't throw us out just like that we have no backup plan or support
