my account was bannned but I don't know why

My account was banned without a real concrete reason only this: "We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service"

I didn't break any rule as far as I know , they do not want to tell me which rule exactly I have violated

I only want to know what term was broken in order to give them my explanations. I am not aware of breaking any rule.

I need to know it to avoid repeating it again

There are so many little rules that they can ban you for. It could range from hearing a child in the background. Or having someone walk past you that is not verified. It could even be if you sexually slapped your partner or used a certain type of dildo. I would go look at the rules and go down the list at the smallest little detail It most likely wasn’t a huge situation that happened since you are not aware of it. We know we were taken off just because there was no activity in front of the camera for about 10 min. Sent us an email and told us if it happens again they would ban us. Just depends on who is watching. This was on chaturbate btw. Hope this helps.
