My account, Simply_Rhea, was registered in August 2024. In November, I requested my first payout. Since my Paxum account was under verification, I used another person's Paxum account to receive the payment, which, as far as I understand, does not violate the platform's rules.
On November 18, I submitted documents to verify the recipient’s identity as requested. On November 19, I was informed that the recipient’s account had been banned and could no longer accept payments. I was instructed to update the recipient details using the provided link, but the link did not work. I immediately reported this to support.
After my own Paxum account was verified, I contacted support to request assistance in updating my payment details. However, my messages went unanswered, and my account remained restricted.
On November 26, I was notified that my account had been permanently banned, and my funds were confiscated. Chaturbate claimed that a previously banned user had allegedly gained access to my account. This is not true, as I am the sole user of the account.
The platform has not provided clear explanations regarding the confiscation of funds and has ignored my requests to update payment details. I am requesting a review of this decision, as it is based on incorrect information.
