My account, Simply_Rhea, was registered in August 2024. In November, I requested my first payout. Since my Paxum account was under verification, I used another person's Paxum account to receive the payment, which, as far as I understand, does not violate the platform's rules.

On November 18, I submitted documents to verify the recipient’s identity as requested. On November 19, I was informed that the recipient’s account had been banned and could no longer accept payments. I was instructed to update the recipient details using the provided link, but the link did not work. I immediately reported this to support.

After my own Paxum account was verified, I contacted support to request assistance in updating my payment details. However, my messages went unanswered, and my account remained restricted.

On November 26, I was notified that my account had been permanently banned, and my funds were confiscated. Chaturbate claimed that a previously banned user had allegedly gained access to my account. This is not true, as I am the sole user of the account.

The platform has not provided clear explanations regarding the confiscation of funds and has ignored my requests to update payment details. I am requesting a review of this decision, as it is based on incorrect information.

For payment I needed send the money to someone else's Paxum account (friend/sister) because I do not have a bank account myself and this was the easiest method for me to get paid.

After submitting these payment details and setting up the payment process I got a notification from Chaturbate telling me the payment is withheld and to upload age verification for the person on the Paxum account and sign an independent broadcaster agreement for them so I can get paid. (its just for payment purposes)

As soon as I uploaded the persons details my account was instantly banned. After some correspondence it turns out that the person with the Paxum account has been banned on Chaturbate.

Judging by the text, 17 was one problem, and 26 was a completely different one. The issue was with payment information, now it's completely blocked... A very strange reason for blocking, considering that all the time access to the account was restricted to anyone.

here is the story. if you are asking if I have someone with me to broadcast or pair, my honest answer is no, there is no other person involved in this but only me and myself, so I cannot believe their accusation against me that I committed a violation and I know myself and I believe that I didn't do anything wrong, I am doing all the right protocols so that I can't do anything to cause my account to be banned,

before I start broadcasting on my first day (because I'm a newbie and first time working on chaturbate) I set the paxum friend of mine, and everything is fine and all set

and then nov 18 i receive and email from support and this is the info

and when I received this email I didn't waste time or and I immediately did what was said based on the instruction.

and at that time I could not access the account and tried to email chaturbate again

I'm doing everything right to avoid getting my account banned, the only mistake I made was that I used my friend's paxum while I was waiting for my own paxum to be approved. and I'm here respectfully and kindly ask for help and solutions

Have you enabled 2FA? Do you use a VPN? Did you allow any other user access to your account at any time, for any reason? You should note that they have the ability to track IP addresses, and can probably determine if other users are logging into your account, for any reason. Even if it was just to log-in and upload their documents for payment? This might be the reason they're saying what they've said.

Okay reading all of that, Chaturbate is upset that the banned individual accessed your account to upload their ID/bioscan. That is a huge violation of policy. That said, my question to you is did you know or ask if your friend was permanently banned before doing any of this?

Yes, Chaturbate informed me about this and provided further instructions so that I could replace my payment information

I don't know what 2FA is and I don't use VPN, it hurts the flow.I also only use my computer at home.Nobody uploaded any additional documents, as I said I was the only broadcaster on this account.
The documents were uploaded at the request of Chaturbate to confirm the identity of the recipient of the payment.Because the paxum account was in someone else's name.
I did this, after which Chaturbate informed me that this person cannot accept payments and gave me instructions to fix it.But I couldn't do it because access to this link was closed. I reported this to support, but didn't receive a response.
