My account in CB is banned, support doesn't answer.

Hi @punker barbie I hope that you are having a nice day, My profile savage_studs was banned the last year because a person who showed in cam was not registered, back then support told me that the only way to recover the account was with that person's passport, but back then that person could not get it because he is from another country, now that person finally got a passport and we sent a mail with the pictures to support on july the 10th, and a second mail on july the 29th but we only received the automatic response to acknowledge receipt of the message, but there is not any real answer yet, could you please help us? this account is very important to us because it has over 100 thousand followers.

@punker barbie Hi again, I just checked my email again but still there is not any answer, just the automatic receipt from the day that I sent the mail, I also checked spam but there is nothing, please help.
