My account got banned

Hey, my account got banned because of a racist question as show title that my former 'boss' wrote with the intent of banning my account after we couldn't get on. It was almost a month after my last stream where I actually appeared. He wrote something like 'who else hates bl*ck ppl?' then after 6 minutes into the stream my account got banned. I didn't appear in the show, and since then I tried to register an account for myself but I couldn't because my KYC gets denied every time because of that. I've submitted a support ticket a few days ago on the form, but haven't received any response since. @punker barbie

I'd appreciate any help!

Was going to report but the room was already banned.

Hi. Basement dwelling keyboard warrior losers love to use Black History Month (February) to really come out of the woodwork with their racism. Like the losers on ManyVids Live who decided to, in 2020 or 2021 on the first day of Black History Month, troll my free chat with racist shit, and then keep coming back with different names (and more racist talk) every time I banned them.

If you’re telling the truth about your ex-boss doing that (and it’s not just you trying to get out of a ban), then your ex-boss is a little bitch.

Yes, both the CB and SC accounts are mine, and those were the racist goals or room topics I was talking about. Is there anything that can be done? I am sure the stream in question was a recording of me, because I definitely wasn't there in person.
