my account got banned

hello @punker barbie my chartubate user is @veroking. my account got banned. i was recommended to you.. i am new with chartubate. and i got banned couples month ago the reason was i dint comply with chartubate terms and condition that i used credit card to get pay.. someone pay me with credit card i thinks and they said it was me. but i dint even have a credit card my self... what can i do on this situation. and what prove i can get that it was not me. i used to work before this on a studio and this never had happens.. thanks very much i advanced. . it got banned when the closing for the payment was turn to cash.. help please..

what is the reason becuase i dont control what or how people pay me correct? i dont even know why i suppiocios.it crazy that they would say that. but its ok i know is not your fault thanks any way.
