I have been working on this site for 2 years as it is my only source of income and they banned my account with 11600 tk on it and they don't even answer my emails, I sent more messages, the last one being on 16.11 I'm still waiting, do you think you can help me? to see what I did wrong or to tell me what happened at least?

I got banned on 11.11 And sent a lot of mail .. they still dont answer .. sry for disturbing .. i need a solution ..

All you have to do is send ONE email to them & wait for them to reply. Can take anywhere from a couple days to week. Seeing how you sent multiple emails, you just made your wait even longer.
WAIT for them to reply & stop sending emails till then. It keeps putting you at then end of the wait line.

hello, thank you for your answer, but I want you to understand that I was almost terrorized by this stuff, I don't know what happened, I had a normal show and the next day I was banned and I don't even know where I violated or what to do. .. if I made a mistake or money to be able to recover, to keep my work, etc., a lot of stress

Hi @punker barbie thank you for your help.. you are a man who deserves the best in the world! for all the good things you do.. now it seems that they didn't manage to collect my money, I still received confirmation that on 24 11 2024 it will be collected automatically, but I still can't enter, it tells me that it's banned, do you think there was an error? to them? or what happened, I sent them another email today to ask because I would like to work and so I had a long break
