- good lubes are iso-osmoitc , bad lubes are hypo-osmotic or hyper-osmotic
- pH 4 is vagina friendly ( apposed to lubes with a ph less then 4 or greater then 4 )
- avoid lubes with Glycerin(e), Propylene Glycol, Nonoxynol 9, Chlorhexedine Gluconate, Petroleum Oils, Polyquaternium-15, Benzocaine, Sugars & Sugar Alcohols, Ureas
- The more you use a lube that has a sensitizer, the more likely you'll have an bad reaction to the sensitizer.
- Common Irritants: petrochemicals, preservatives, surfactants, fragerences and flavors.
- Silicone & hybred lubes are bad for Silicone toys
