Sometimes in CB, when the room glitches/buffers, it briefly jumps back and replays the first few seconds of the models broadcast before righting itself. I've noticed that many times. It could be that the room is glitching constantly and not recovering, resulting in the same few seconds showing over and over again. If the scene is longer than that then it could be a recording like Smoothie suggested.
No because she is responding to the chat and tip goals and came back after I was thinking though she recorded the most recent few minutes while live and put it on a loop and scarpered for about 30 minutes while the mod directed to tip menu. Its more profitable than a brb screen but obviously viewers caught on it was a loop
I think he's seeing the phenomenon I see regularly. When the model has a really bad connection, the room jumps back in time and replays the first few seconds of the most recent broadcast (presumably it's stored somewhere). Normally the connection clears and you are returned to the room but presumably if it kept doing it then you'd keep seeing those 4 or 5 seconds over and over again. At all times during this the chat works and tips can be given.
You're describing a video looping for 30 minutes. The lack of punctuation makes it harder to interpret.
Also, I was today-years-old when I learned what scarpered is...
If that video doesn't have BRB prominently displayed on it, she's gonna find herself in a world of hurt when she catches a ban for recorded video.

Seems like it myt be her new brb video..... made everyday, but yea no brb on the video........ she has a legitimate brb video...... i leave it up to her........ maybe i should make a suggestion?

Maybe just lie in bed thinking about the options then make a decision. Like the rest of us do.
But lets look at the facts:
- You seem to like this model because you visit her room
- She has a BRB page and maybe doesn't know that without BRB on it, she could get banned
- You now know this fact, but are still debating as to whether to inform her.

Unless it is a video showing a slideshow of stills it is still against ToS no matter how big a BRB sign it has
Right but I can't seem to beat that into people's skulls to save my life.
