Hello, my CB username is xbbcx007, and I bought tokens earlier today through cryptocurrency ETH, and paid during the allowed window and have not received my tokens. I have sent an email to CB support and for some reason the support website won't open for me, so email is my only form of contact. I purchased 465 tokens that I have not received yet. I would really appreciate some help.
