I would argue the "free space" and the one to its left are one and the same.
Just over an hour later. Incredible.
I'll admit I was hurt at first but now I see it everywhere."my model friend"
well some of us DO have a model friend.I'll admit I was hurt at first but now I see it everywhere.
I wasn't calling anyone out nor asking them to apologize. It does show up a lot and that's all I meant.well some of us DO have a model friend.
I make no apologies for using the factually accurate phrase.
Also, if it helps @Lilly_____ to win ACF bingo I hope she gives me a cut
And to be fair, it is overdiscussed by members on this forum.
i agree there isn't anything inherently wrong with having model friends and i know im probably a cammodel friend to some of my closer regs. i have only one reg i personally like enough to regularly dm freely.I think I may be the only model here that doesn't see anything wrong with "my model friend".
I am a model friend to many people.
as if we are pokemon to catch
ok glad to see that's able to be recognized at least.i understand how some members who do have genuine friendships with the models they regularly visit/ed might feel slighted.
I completely agree that there is nothing wrong with being a model friend! I too have a customer or two who have a closer relationship to me. I think it's more about what Marceline and Audri mentioned... Using the bartender example, if I always refer to a friend as "my bartender friend" - is it relevant to bring that up every time? Why not say "I have a friend who does this/ thinks like this". Maybe I'm just being petty with the wording?I think I may be the only model here that doesn't see anything wrong with "my model friend".

I didn't take it personally and took it as a valuable prompt to self-reflect! My original quoting of it was not meant to be serious and I'm sorry for stirring up trouble. I thought it was funny and a good addition to the board.I completely agree that there is nothing wrong with being a model friend! I too have a customer or two who have a closer relationship to me. I really didn't mean to personally mention any specific case, especially of members like Ozzy and volcano who are always chill and contributing.
If it was on a bartender forum, possibly! Maybe not in every single post, but relevant.Using the bartender example, if I always refer to a friend as "my bartender friend" - is it relevant to bring that up every time?
No not at all. I'm comfortable with my friendships both virtual and irl.I wasn't calling anyone out nor asking them to apologize. It does show up a lot and that's all I meant.
Looks like you felt attacked but there's no need for this passive aggressive reaction, really, or for mentioning me like this.
Is that like being "the very model of a modern Major-General"?I think I may be the only model here that doesn't see anything wrong with "my model friend".
