MFC video being posted at camgirlu.com, how to delete?

I am MFC model and my videos were being posted at camgirlsu.com
I already emailed mfc about it and email the site and fill up dmca form to delete the video but to no avail of response and its still there.

Anyone have the same problem and able to delete the video at camgirlsu.com? Any help and advice is appreciated.

Contact his domain server at cecelia@cirtexhosting.com or billing@cirtexhosting.com with your url from camgirlsu. She has taken full authority to remove content from his website because he is a criminal and has tried to exploit models.
