MFC notification problems

Anyone else experiencing this? I have email notifications set up on MFC - I get an email when a favorite model logs on to the site. After March 12, I stopped getting them. It took me a while to realize it, and longer to investigate. On the "my account" pages the notifications where toggled "off." I cannot toggle them on. Text comes up saying I need to allow notifications in the Chrome settings. I did. It still would not toggle "on."

I don't know what changed - Chrome or MFC. I emailed MFC support and they asked me for screen grabs. I haven't sent them yet. Will do so in the next day or two.

MFC made a change to their notification methods around that time IIRC. There's now more options. Have you tried changing the notifications in another browser such as Firefox?

I've only done this on a computer, never on a phone or tablet.

Problem solved! It's because I was in incognito mode on Chrome. That was never a problem before. I have to say MFC support was very responsive.
