This question has been already been asked "Try to open a model account at MFC since August 22" but I can't reply to that thread anymore.

What could be the issue? I can't get any reply from Models@myfreecams.com. I have tried to register a new account and no reply at all.
I have once got to try Odanto, however after several attempts it wrote: UNDERAGE_PERSON but I am not underage.
I don't know what should I do, I can't sign in to my account anymore and the reset password idea is not working either ( I have seen that idea as well here).
