Hi I was watching a model today (Vixen_Lockheart) and I asked if she had an OF and she reply'd "yes I do have an onlyfans but I cannot link here" then got suspended almost right after

was that my fault for asking?

Both at fault, don't discuss only fans on stripchat, don't discuss anything that could possibly be seen as taking money out of stripchats pocket.
I noticed not long ago they are allowing links to a models' twitter account; hopefully they will adopt CB's business model and allow plugging of OF, IG, etc links as well...

They are partnered with My.Club, why would they want to allow/adopt advertising for other similar sites?
CB tried Peach, and failed. I don't even think it's allowed to have OF advertised on CB, it seems to vary on which support agent you ask, some say yes, some say no, and some say "Only if you don't go live on there and accept tips".

Short answer, yes.

Generally do not ask about other sites. SC (or any platform) is not going to look kindly on discussing activities that may allow money to change hands away from their own site.

Yes. But she shouldn't of answered that way. You don't need to be asking about that. Looking up someone's Onlyfans isnt hard, especially if they have social media and use the same handle across the board. If they don't have an Onlyfans easily to be found, then you have your answer.

I wish camsites also suspended members or gave them warnings for asking about other sites instead of just punishing the model.

cammodels: if members ask about competing websites like clips or OF, you say "It is against site rules to talk about that." and drop the conversation. If the member presses, report and block. keep your handles the same and your links easily available on your social media. if a member can't figure it out, well its a miracle they were able to turn on the computer i suppose.

I see where you're coming from but it would be bad business, it's a lot easier to have models read the rules and abide by them as it's their career

But to have every viewer read every single rule and abide by them all is very difficult and not realistic - especially for some innocent question like asking if they have OF

If the viewers are breaking more serious rules then by all means give them the ban hammer

Now that I think about it, why doesn't SC just deny messages being sent that contain key words and have a popup informing the user why it hasn't been sent "Talking about OnlyFans is forbidden on this platform and may result in suspension", that way they get educated and hopefully don't ask
