Once you sign up, they give you a personal link for you to refer other models with. If they sign up using the link and once they make $100 Sextpanther will send you $100

try @'ing them on twitter, they're pretty good at responding. Or, what worked for me was writing them through their contact form on the website. I had a similar problem when signing up.
