Think of it this way. Cam shows have perks that pre-recorded shows (or random internet porn) do not have, such as:
- It’s happening live in real time (compare to live sports on TV... there’s an element of excitement knowing you’re experiencing it as it happens)
- You can interact with the model (subject to her terms, and subject to your own comfort level, but still... it’s not even an option with pre-recorded stuff)
- If the model’s tip menu has options that I enjoy and I have tokens to spend, I can basically customize my experience
On top of all that, I’m also attracted to the idea of trying to please the model by making the Lush vibrate. Especially if the model reacts authentically (or is good at faking it, lol). And even more so if continued Lush tipping leads to progressively bigger rewards (after a while clothes come off, positions change, she makes herself squirt, dildo joins the party etc). Then it becomes a game within a game, for some members. You’re tipping for the show, but also seeing what the next X amount of tips inspires her to do.
One model that I frequently visit is insanely sexy while responding to the Lush. Her facial expressions and subtle moans alone keep me tipping. Sometimes I’ll spend triple the price she charges to get fully nude just to keep her moaning and touching with her clothes still on. I don’t even care if it’s authentic. It’s real enough to captivate me.

If you never tip, interactions you get, vary from very limited to non-existent.
I also don't get why these dudes stay in one model's room for hours. Do they wait for someone to tip for a show? It can take quite a while. Do they open 1000 tabs at once in hope to see a free show somewhere? It doesn't make sense (+ too much pressure on their phones or PCs).
I literally see some dudes almost every stream. They were greys back in 2016. They're still greys now. So it's not "I'm a newbie and I want to make sure it's worth it" thing. No excuses.
They miss out on so many things.
Yeah, they don't value models' time and energy, it's obvious. But it also clearly shows that they value their own time either.
If you don't want to interact via conversation or tips, why choose cam-sites? There are tons of "free" (stolen) porn on the Internet which doesn't require any interaction.
I believe that the whole point of camming is interaction.
If you're not a part of interaction, it can't be as fun as when you are.

I bet some of them are just opening rooms in different tabs and then forgetting about it, honestly. Or like you suggested, they’re opening multiple rooms at once and waiting to see the action pick up in one of them. I agree that they’re missing out on the funnest part by not participating, and probably also wasting their own time.
Occasionally you figure out that one or two of the “passive regulars” in the room are doing work for the model or vice versa (boosting her traffic through various methods, or helping her with payment processing in exchange for a cut, etc). I know a model who was “independent” in the sense that she didn’t work for a studio, but was paying a guy for the services listed above. She eventually told me she was starting a new account because she wanted to handle her own payouts. She’s been on the new account for a few months. One of her “passive regulars” with perfect attendance - I’m talking about anytime, any hour of the day, he’d be in her room doing seemingly nothing - has not visited a single time that I’ve noticed. And when that stopped, so did her regular surges in traffic from light-blue male broadcasters. Its not hard to figure out. Lol
low-quality reality programs/youtube are passively enjoyed by billions. Seems more strange when guys pay large amounts to models who don't really interact much

I would say the thrill of creating instant interactivity with the model for a low amount of tokens. A single tip can elicit a moan and some movement from the model (fake or real doesn't matter to most).

He got my on Instagram and does follow4follow with any of us that are also on Insta. Just collecting people on social media, and not following, buying, or paying models.
I'm not interested in getting an IST because most of the freeloaders really are scumbags that could contribute, but don't (while I understand that some people have different situations as to why they can't contribute). I have too many days of quiet chats of people waiting for me to do something for free of waiting for someone else to start tipping. And, they can keep waiting. This. I also don't care if it's a fake. Good fakes, that's what I am paying for, a fantasy! I only visit engaging lush model, right now only one, I found it is the most fun for me. It is ok when others like more social interaction as on MFC. Personally, I get more fun and satisfaction from a long private with lush interaction! It is also fun in public, but mostly I have to run the show alone these days, even with 200 people in the room. Use the lush in the right way and it generates tokens on the fly! The model I visited before made between 20-30K during a 5 hour shift, almost every time I visited. She'd set a squirt goal every 500, which is really cheap I think. But it worked, the rain kept pouring down in a steady stream.

Yes. I have a lovense wish list too and the great thing about it for models is that they won't reveal your address to the buyer so you can feel safe and you don't need to spend money on a PO box.
One helpful tip with the lush is make sure your settings are not too high lol. There were times where I had hours of queue in my lush because I put the response time too long on some of the levels. The most important thing is you are having fun and interacting lush or no lush.

As another viewer, I'm 100% with you on this. I've said it before and I'll say again -- I wish there was a way to do exclusion tags on searches for CB, or even MFC (but CB is where I frequent), especially given its popularity nowadays. It would greatly improve the site experience imo if one had the option of filtering out #lush or #lovense etc.
For me, it's not a deal breaker either if a model uses one, but it is a deal breaker for me if the 'tip menu' is only the lush times-per-token menu. If I am looking for something, I'd rather just give one (or a few) bigger tips and be done with it. However, the whole lush dealio promotes a bunch of smaller tips in succession. At least on CB, whenever you tip, the tipping amount screen covers a chunk of the model's video. It's rather annoying. Maybe there's a way to get by it, but I haven't figured it out.
I don't mind the Lush and like it in some cases. But I'm with you on the resulting mess on Cb's chat. Wish there was a way to not display or minimize it but don't think that there is.
Actually, Cb's chat is kind of a mess overall. Way too much crap coming up all the time in the chat box between bots and notifications and Gifs, etc., etc.

“Fake” toys could possibly be made with unsafe body materials. I personally read some info about the Hush and decided against buying it for my own reasons. I am on streamate and cam from my laptop and can’t connect my We-Vibe toys to the laptop but most viewers so far seem happy to see me playing with any toy I enjoy. I wouldn’t mind being able to use a Bluetooth toy with streaming but I haven’t found a way to do it from my laptop and the Feelconnect app is pretty bad and doesn’t reliably connect a toy and I would rather stream from my laptop then my phone anyway.
@RadioactivePanda and @bbbbadddd If you are trying to make the chat smaller and the vid bigger, there's a little border between the video and chat box that you can drag that will do just that. It says something like "resize", but it's small so understandably easily missed. I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to or not.
Yes. I meant more all of the various "stuff" that gets displayed in the chat. Very busy between bots and text and GIFs etc. You can make it more narrow but you still see all of it mixed in with the chat.
Interactive toys area must in most of the cases for most of the tipper and people watching, as a model, in my experience ive seen many guys who like to roleplay and pretend the lush inside my pussy to be their penis and how hard they penetrate me is in their tipping rythms, and also, it's like the closest they can get to really touch us, so it's a really necessary thing for us models. Ahh no, I mean like how when you click "send tip," a popup appears with how much you want to tip. This popup automatically appears over the broadcaster video, so whenever you are wanting to tip, you end up partially covering the screen as you fill in the details.
Gotcha. Yeah, some people's chats are super messy. It is very distracting, but I understand the point of it. No matter what one writes in their bio, there are always people that don't read and will ask the same damn questions. Having all the info constantly in chat helps with this so much. If you feel it's particularly distracting, you could always kindly bring it up to the model, in a tip note. *Critiques/suggestions should always be accompanied by a healthy tip.* Most bots allow the user to change how often something is shown. Perhaps the model can change some setting(s) to make things not pop up as often. The model may not be aware of how distracting things are. However, they might be completely aware and like it as is. Don't expect someone to change something just for you, but it doesn't hurt to just casually and delicately bring it up in a tip note. *Critiques/suggestions should always come with a healthy tip.* I would want to know if my settings (audio, video, bots, whatever) were affecting people's enjoyment in my room, but every model is different so ymmv.
If you use the /tip shortcut in chat, is there still a popup? I've never tipped using the shortcut so I don't know.

Yes, if you use /tip, it seems like just the equivalent of bringing up the popup via the 'send tip' button
Mine has paid itself off the first night I used it! It's definitely worth it, if not for public shows then for private ones! Having someone else control it is really fun!
