Lovense not reacting to tips on CB.

Wondering if anyone can shed light?

I had not been on cam for many months, I went in yesterday with my Lovense Diamo, the set up seemed fine, I used the Lovense browser and the green box was active on the side of the screen and chat recognised I had a lovense connected, however it was not reacting to any tips at all.

I tested the 'control link' feature and that was fine. So I assume it's a problem Chaturbates end?

felt the same issue on my lovense ferri. control link works fine, tips dont react. believe its due to new update on lovense browser since it started after i updated it last night but im not sure.

sometimes it responds, sometimes it doesnt. o.o
ive tried other toys I've from lovense and same issue
