I saw The Girlfriends big tip at the end of last month. I'm rubbish at remembering numbers, can't remember if it was 175000 or 275000, anyway it was amazing.

Wow, the 10k token tip I'd witnessed awhile back seems downright paltry. It was pretty amazing at the time, though.

The highest I have personally seen was 50,000. The model kept looking at it and shaking her head. 
Thebadgf's 225k is the largest self-tip I've ever seen. LOL It is pretty well known amongst that particular MFC cam girl community what her relationship is with cheetobandito is...and that she therefore self-tipped her way to the win.

I witnessed PinkiePixi get 5k on her cammiversary. That was pretty big. And I watched TheBadGf get a high amount as well.

I think it's a really bad idea to let models know a big tip is coming their way. From personal experience even if it's just been hinted before it softens the overwhelming blow of the tip, and that's not something I want softened! I want to have the full impact of the tip!
If members do hint that they're going to make a decent sized tip, they should always make out they're planning on tipping much less than they actually do. Therefore when you're expecting something around 3k and you get 6k you're hitting the rooftop, rather than if you were expecting 10k and get 6k you'll feel a bit underwhelmed. Sounds really ungrateful, but it's just how things work, don't ever oversell. I think with tips always undersell, because even if you tell a girl the exact amount, she'll know it's coming, there'll be no surprise. It's nice for presents to be a surprise.
I also think sometimes members hint at making big tips that they're only considering vaguely and never do, you're pretty much telling a child that you're going to make all their hopes and dreams come through, and then not follow through. When someone hints that they'll tip a big tip my imagination starts running wild. I cannot control it. Meaning as that person was simply joking it upsets me. It may be funny to a member, but to me members are literally "joking" with my hopes and dreams when they do it. So members shouldn't even hint if they're not fully planning on following through.
Saying that though, I think it's ridiculous being a bitch about it. 30k tokens is an insane amount of money to be tipped, even if you were expecting/hoping for 50k.
As for biggest tip I've seen... god I cannot remember, I think 20k... but I've heard of so many big tips I keep forgetting which I've actually seen. The first big tip I saw was 11111, it was dropped very casually on the model and although she seemed very happy, she didn't seem that surprised.
Yes, it did get pooled. I've actually seen it happen quite a few times. You have to remember some groups of regulars have known each other for YEARS. Some of the people I hang out with in one room I'd trust more than most people I know in real life. In the case of the biggest tip her regulars not only wanted to make sure it was a HUGE one that would get talked about, instead of lot's of little ones, but they also planned it on the first day of the month to make sure she was number one for as long as possible. If I remember right she was overtaken for the first spot on Missmyfreecams on the 12th of that month. Which actually gives you a really good estimate how much top spot makes in a month.Swirl said:
