Knee pain

I have been camming for almost 4 years, but recently my knee has been killing me and I’m at a loss.

I usually do doggie style with my sex machine which also happens to be my best $$$ making angle but it kills my knee even while using mats on a bed with Icy Hot.

Any suggestions?

I’m mentioning it to my physical therapist this week, but I’m afraid they’re going to say I can’t be on my knees lol.

Take a look around this site. Lots of position furniture to choose from. If you're in the US you can get over the counter Voltaren gel for knee pain (if your liver is healthy).

From someone with knee pain, they usually do. Haha. But ask if there are any knee braces with padding that may help offer more support.

But definitely getting a supportive pillow where you aren't supporting your weight on your knees would also be a good start.

I take ibuprofen and smoke a shit ton of weed lol.

A cortisone injection worked for me, although I understand it's not permanent and is also limited to a maximum of 3 applications before the side-effects outweigh the benefits.
