Hi there! I hope this is an appropriate place to post this, but today I was modifying my SC account (I am a user) and decided to turn on 2FA for my account. I was able to log in a single time but after that login, my Authenticator now states that the one-time password URL is incorrect and gives me no number to enter. I’ve reached out to SC support for 2FA deactivation but have not received a reply, automated or otherwise, so I just wanted to check to see if there’s something else I should be doing.
I use a password manager and am fairly familiar with the 2FA process so if either SC rep here would like more info on what happened I can detail it in a PM. Thank you for any help anyone can provide!
