Intentionally Blocked My Account After Using ShineBrownser – How Do I Recover It?

My account name is 'mreddie08.' I decided to give ShineBrownser a try. I installed the browser, then allowed it through my firewall. After that, I used the app to log in to my Chaturbate account.

I did all that, and just seconds later, I received an email from Chaturbate saying there was a login attempt from Lisbon, Portugal. I freaked out when I read it and immediately clicked the 'block my CB account' link in the email.

Now, I’m wondering: how can I get my account back? Was my account hacked? I’ve read some threads about this software, and it seemed fine to use. I wasn’t trying to break any Chaturbate TOS.

Could @punkerbarbie shed some light on my situation? How do I recover my account? Thanks for your help!

Yes, it is normal for your account to be blocked when you click on the link in this email. I think you will need some time, wait for a response from the support service. You may need to re-verify your identity so they can be sure that you are the only one with access to the account.
I don't think your situation will take more than a few days. It's a holiday and a weekend in the USA, so please take that into account.
