Ineligible to broadcast

My girlfriend and I were on my profile and we were looking at models. We went to a private show with the model and we were kicked out. Hers is still fine, but mine says in eligible to broadcast and I’ve been a member for quite some time and I’ve spent $500 alone on site. I need to be restored immediately. Please help ASAP. It says all persons must be verified but if you look at the time you’ll see that was well after we were already verified TIPHERLOVEHER is my username

You both where on cam under your account, is she verified under your account also, as it state before you broadcast? If it's just you, then she needs to be verified under your account. That's probably why you got a ban.
